The organisation of sessions and minisymposia is highly encouraged. Collegues interested in organising a session or minisymposion should contact the scientific committee of the conference at email@example.com for the submission of their proposal.
Each session’s organiser will be responsible for the selection of papers and the submission of full papers using the stylefile for the conference proceedings. Each session should include at least 4 papers. Please note that a minisymposion cannot include papers with virtual presentation.

IT IS NOTED THAT THE FULL PAPER OF EACH MINISYMPOSION OR SESSION SHOULD ARRIVE VIA THE EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org BY 3rd June, 2019. PAPERS SHOULD FOLLOW THE GENERAL AUTHORS’ GUIDELINES OF THE CONFERENCE.
