Participants with an accepted paper for oral ‘on-site’ presentation requiring a visa for entering the Republic of Serbia should contact the conference organisation committee. It takes up to two months for the applications to be processed. Please send an email to icoae@i-coae.com with the following information:
1. Names of conference participants and accompanying persons, as appearing in their passports, requiring visa.
2. Passport number of each person requiring visa
3. Postal Address
4. Dates of visit in the Republic of Serbia
5. Consular office where you plan to get your visa.
