Participants from non-EU countries with an accepted paper for oral ‘on-site’ presentation requiring a visa for entering Poland should contact the conference organisation committee. It takes up to two months for the applications to be processed. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Names of conference participants and accompanying persons, as appearing in their passports, requiring visa.
- Name of the University, and position of the conference participant
- Passport number of each person requiring a visa
- Postal Address
- Consular office where the visa will be applied for.
- Planned dates of entry to Poland and departure from Poland
