The organization of sessions and minisymposia is highly encouraged. Colleagues interested in organising a session or minisymposion should contact the scientific committee of the conference at icoae@i-coae.com for the submission of their proposal.
Each session’s organiser will be responsible for the selection of papers and the submission of full papers using the style file for the conference proceedings. Each session should include at least 4 papers.

IT IS NOTED THAT THE ORGANISER OF EACH MINISYMPOSION OR SESSION SHOULD ENSURE THE SUBMISSION OF SESSION/MINISYMPOSION PAPERS ON THE SPRINGER OCS BY 20 May, 2024. THE SAME PEER REVIEW PROCEDURE WITH THE PLANE PAPERS APPLIES. PAPERS SHOULD FOLLOW THE GENERAL AUTHORS’ GUIDELINES OF THE CONFERENCE.
