Authors are invited to submit the full text articles by 25 May, 2026. Papers should be submitted using the Springer conference management system.

ICOAE2026 Proceedings will be published both in-print and on-line by Springer in the series ‘Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics‘ in two volumes under the titles:
- Currecnt Trends in Business and Management – Proceedings from the 2026 International Conference on Applied Economics (ICOAE), Warsaw, Poland, July 9-11, Vol 1.
- Current Trends in Growth Economics and Microeconomic Analysis – Proceedings from the 2026 International Conference on Applied Economics (ICOAE), Warsaw, Poland, July 9-11, Vol 2.
ICOAE proceedings are indexed in SCOPUS.
There is no maximum number of pages for each article (formatted according to the manuscript guidelines of the conference) but it is advisable not to exceed fifteen (15) pages. All articles are accepted after double blind refereeing. Upon acceptance authors are required to upload the source file of the article in zip format. After uploading the source file of the final version of your paper in zip format you have to fill in the ‘License to Publish’ on-line form within one week from the date of acceptance. Please note that a paper cannot be published in the proceedings without the completion of the ‘License to Publish’ on-line form.
Full text articles should be submitted without prior submission of an abstract.
In Word, use the Math function, MathType, or Microsoft Equation editor to create your equations. Please don’t include the equations as images or don’t key as a normal text. Tables should not be included as images but they have to be in an editable form.
Virtual presentation of papers
Acceptance of papers for virtual presentation is subject to the same peer-review procedure as the papers that will be presented ‘on-site’. At the date and time indicated by the conference programme virtual presenters should be online on zoom to present their paper and answer possible questions (virtual room addresses will be indicated on the conference programme). Papers that will be presented virtually will also be included in the book of proceedings.
Preparation of Posters
Acceptance of papers for presentation in the poster session is based on submitted abstract. Acceptance is not subject to peer-review process. Therefore, abstracts cannot be published in the proceedings of the conference. They will appear only in the conference programme.
The requirements for the poster session is that the poster of the paper should be up to 4 A3 size pages or 2 A2, or 1 A1.
The font (letter) size should be such that the letters could be read from a distance of 60 cm to 80 cm.
The deadline for the submission of abstracts for the poster session is 31st May 2026.
The working language of the conference is English.
